THREE ARSENAL CO-EX 60 MM 33:1 L/D EXTRUDERS

The lau6614547_test developments in extrusion technology dramatically increase quality of the end product. Higher gauge tolerances and better roll shape make the new generation of machines most competitive.

The most important part of the machine is the extrusion press.

Arsenal offers straight and helical grooved feed extruders. The grooved feed zones increase not only specific output, but also stability of pressure of the melt flow, thus allowing for smooth and even linear feeding, which results in lower MD (lateral) gauge variations of the end product. The grooved feeding also ensures high pressure of melt, which in turn allows application of high-pressure extrusion dies. Such dies are unbeatable in TD (transversal) gauge distribution of the melt.

Lau6614547_test developments in the design of helical grooved feed sections and application of temperature control increase stability and pressure even further while reducing specific energy consumption to the levels similar to smooth bore with static mixer installed in line.

Our extruders are computed and numerically simulated using Reodesigner software in order to improve the homogenization process.

400 MM MACRO ENGINEERING DUAL LIP AIR RING (Canada)

The air ring is believed to be the best on the market. Lexane casing provides better distribution of air around the bubble to provide even air flow and forced cooling. The air ring has variety of controls as well as temperature and air pressure indicators. Uniformity of the air flow is better then 0.75%.
